Project Manager - a detailed-oriented individual with strong communication and consulting skills with an average of 6-12 years experience in design of commercial mechanical, electrical or telecommunication systems. PE license, LEED® accreditation or RCDD certification preferred.
Common duties include (but not limited to): serve as a primary point-of-contact, fulfill engineering services in all phases of design, develop cost opinion and specifications, prepare life cycle cost analysis and energy modeling, integrate building automated systems, and fulfilling bidding, construction administration and project closeout services including commissioning.
Project Designer - self-motivated individuals who design in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microstation with 3-5 years experience in commercial building design of mechanical, electrical, telecommunication or security systems.
Common duties include (but not limited to): design layout; interface with design-team; coordinate with intra-office disciplines; construction and prepare bid documents; support specification documentation; coordinate with local jurisdictions; review submittals; and support construction administration efforts.
