That is how we introduce promising professionals to the world of consulting engineering. Our approach to mentoring team members at every stage of their career – from intern to experience professional – is designed to help them succeed. 

 We invest in educational programs to bring them up to speed on what it means to be a Hargis consulting engineer. We provide them with tools to effectively fulfill their responsibilities including peer coaches eager to support their growth. As they advance through their careers, our consultants apply their professional aptitude to lead as a technical resource, heavily engaged with day-to-day project delivery, or as a program consultant who guides teams in meeting enterprise objectives. From there, the only limitation to one’s growth is their imagination.
